Nostalgie-Istanbul-Orient-Express in Dresden Hbf.
The Restaurant Sud-Express ex CIWL No. 2741
(51 85 08-70 132-4), a dining-car (with a not very
spacious interior) rebuilt from an old salon car,
painted in the old cream/brown colours inherited from
wooden cars. 2001-11-03.

close-up on one of the old Pennsylvania type bogies, which
provide a soft but noisy ride at up to 140 km/h. 2001-11-03.

this car was not occupied and all curtains were down.
