At the railway station of Shkoder, I found the most modern thing the Albanian Railways (HSH) have: this car. There are no passenger trains from Podgorica (Montengero) to Shkoder or Tirana (Albania) via Tuzi / Hani Hotit / Bajze (Bajza), due to lack of political will from the Montegrian side.
