An ÖBB half-luggage RIC car BDmsz 82-70 in a train parked near Wien Westbahnhof, parallel to Felberstraße. Vienna, 15th district, 14 July 2004. These cars are based on the UIC-Z type, but just like the Bmz 21-70 500ff. series they have conventional heating/ventilation and half-openable windows instead of air-conditioning. The 82-70 series are the ÖBB's only half-luggage cars with compartments in the 2nd class part. All the others have an open room. Photo: Ambros Wernisch
