Final countdown to TGV Est, deadline: 09/06/2007!!! Refurbished sleeping-car of ÖBB (WLABmz-75-71, ex-T2S), seen in the consist of EN 263 "Orient-Express" (Paris Est ---> Wien Westbf). At that stage, the Class 15000 on duty since Paris-Est had already left, while the Class 181.2 which was to haul this formation until Stuttgart Hbf, had not yet come. Once TGV Est is there, this 124-year old service will be replaced with some Strasburg-Vienna through-cars, joining a CNL service in Southwest Germany. Strasbourg. 21st March 2007.
