19 September 2004, station: Reutte in Tirol, Austria
The single-track engine shed at Reutte, giving shelter to an ÖBB class 1116 locomotive. The combination of the small rural shed and the very modern high-performance electric makes for a quite amusing effect in my eyes. Currently, ÖBB engines regularly reach Reutte with freight trains only, as all passenger traffic here is now performed by DB Regio.

Reutte in Tirol station, looking towards Pfronten - Kempten in the sense of the railway line, and northward geographically. In the Picture you see to the left DB Regio DMU 628 014-3, coupled with another type 628.0 unit, sitting idle on this Sunday, and to the right the cute single-track engine shed with an ÖBB class 1116 electric.
