The "Badlwandgalerie" was built 1844 (170 years before the photo was taken) and used until 1966. The railway went underneath,
the road was on top. From 1966 the railway was realigned and moved to the other side of the Mur river, which apparently used
to flow much closer to the rock than it is now. Today it is fenced off and considered unstable, parts are collapsed.

Southern portal of the Unterwald-tunnel between Kalwang and Wald am Schoberpass.
This section is actually being double-tracked and also the alignment is being improved to allow higher speeds.
The section is due to open in late 2003. The picture has been taken from a train (IC 512) running on the old track.

Bahnhof Gumpoldskirchen - Tunnel Etwas südlich der Haltestelle Gumpoldskirchen befindet sich der 156 m lange Gumpoldskirchener Tunnel. Der als Busserltunnel bekannte zweigleisige Tunnel aus dem Jahr 1841 ist der älteste Eisenbahntunnel Österreichs. Die Aufnahme ist am 18. März 2011 aus dem letzten Wagen eines in südliche Richtung fahrenden Zuges entstanden.

Bahnhof Rattenberg Kramsach Rattenberg-Tunnel an der Haltestelle Rattenberg Kramsach, aufgenommen am 30. März 2011. Die Station liegt bei Kilometer 30.0 an der ÖBB Strecke 10104 (Kursbuch 300).
