Part of a box of transparancies which were photographed by me in the early seventies. I have decided to state what is on the the transparancy mount rather than depend on memory. This one states that it is was taken in Graz Photograph John Turner E-mail johnturner16@yahoo.co.uk This is a diesel-electric prototype locomotive, built by SGP and numbered "LDE 1450". The prototype did not lead to a series production, but it was rented to the GKB from 1969 to 1972. After a severe engine failure it was returned to the builder and scrapped.
