19 September 2004, station: Reutte in Tirol, Austria The single-track engine shed at Reutte, giving shelter to an ÖBB class 1116 locomotive. The combination of the small rural shed and the very modern high-performance electric makes for a quite amusing effect in my eyes. Currently, ÖBB engines regularly reach Reutte with freight trains only, as all passenger traffic here is now performed by DB Regio. 19. September 2004, Bf. Reutte in Tirol, Österreich Der einständige Lokschuppen in Reutte mit einer 1116 der ÖBB. Die Kombination des kleinen ländlichen Lokschuppens mit der supermodernen Hochleistungs-Elektrolok ist in meinen Augen ausgesprochen amüsant. Gegenwärtig wird Reutte von ÖBB-Loks regelmäßig nur mit Güterzügen angefahren, da der gesamte Personenverkehr hier inzwischen von DB Regio durchgeführt wird. Photo by Sven Manias (sven.manias@gmx.de)
