ÖBB 153.7114, built 1869 by StEG as Sübahn 852 (class 29), a sister
locomotive of the GKB 671. Renumbered 1924 as 49.28, 1938 as 53.7114, 1953 as
153.7114. In service until 1958, then preserved in Innsbruck. In the 1990s it
went to Strasshof.

BBÖ 180.01 (built 1900 at Floridsdorf), a "flexible" ten-coupled
locomotive designed by Gölsdorf. It was in service until 1932, then
displayed at the technical museum.

CSD 229.222 (built 1918 at Wiener Neustadt), later renumbered to 354.0130,
in service until 1969. This was a common class in Austria, but none of the
"Austrian" 229 units have been preserved.

Staatsbahnen" (ÖStB) during two brief post-war periods: 1919 to
1921 and 1945 to 1947.

Kaiser-Ferdinands-Nordbahn AJAX, built 1841 by Jones, Turner & Evans
(Warrington, Great Britain), one of the oldest preserved steam locomotives.
It was restored in 1908 for the transport museum.

Dampflok Ilse Dampflok Ilse, aufgenommen im Park östlich des Technischen Museums in Wien an der Winckelmannstraße am 11. August 2007. Diese Tenderlokomotivreihe der Eisenbahn Wien-Aspang (Serie EWA IIc, Bn2t, Lokomotivfabrik Krauss, München 1882) war bis 2009 hier aufgestellt und kam 2010 zum Eisenbahnmuseum Schwechat.

Probably the oldest example of a C-coupled steamer which was very popular and
widespread in Central Europe in the last century. The original design was
made at the locomotive builder Sigl in Vienna. This example dates back to 1865
and was probably built without cab, with open platform.

in Graz. This is the industrial locomotive "Phoenix" of the
Schoeller-Bleckmann works in Mürzzuschlag. It is a Cn2t
built by Floridsdorf in 1920. Today it is owned by the company
KOVAC Stahl. February 2002.

Südliche Staatsbahn STEINBRÜCK, built 1848 by John Haswell.
It received the Südbahn number 827.
From 1860 on it worked for the Graz-Köflacher Bahn under the name
SÖDING.
Wheel arrangement 2'B n2 (two outer cylinders).
This is a rare survivor of the first generation of European 2'B
locomotives.
