BBG Wien tram type G no. 777, built 1901 in Graz. One of 400 cars built for the first generation when electrifying the horse tram network. By introducing steering axles the wheelbase could be increased to 3.6 m and the total length to 10.5 m. Together with the 120 cars of the same type built for the Neue Wiener Tramwaygesellschaft the type G was the largest order of tram cars of the same type ever built for one city. Originally they had open platforms and two large and four small windows on each side, later this was changed to eight windows and the front platforms received glass windows. 368 cars rebuilt in 1929 and 1930 received the characteristic "aquarium" windows that can be seen on this car. The last cars of type G ended their service in 1962. Weight 11.3 t, power 76 kW.
