SNCB/NMBS I1-A4B4 coach No. PV 13013 (that was all that was
still readable). Compartment side. While the second (originally
third) class coaches with 11 compartments all went out of service
in the 1980s, the 8 compartment coaches (originally first/second,
later first, first/second or second class) received a
refurbishment with new disk-brake bogies and slightly updated
interior for another ten years or so - but kept their original
diaphragms. They were still used in international peak hour
