SNCB/NMBS HLR7854 is stabled at the VSFT base at Antwerp-Nord.At that time HLR7854 , 7855 and 7849 were also stabled there and awaited their delivery to SNCB/NMBS.Notice the rusty wheels of HLR7854 !
