DC electric 2735 approaches D 424 (Cologne-Oostende) in Aachen Hbf on 6
November 2001. The train was brought to Aachen by a german class 101. After the
catenary of track 8 was switched from 15 kV AC to 3 kV DC, 2735 takes over. A
worker is standing next to the coupler, his legs are visible under the car. At
the rear end the german 225 011-6 will push on the 2.7& grade that follows.
