At this stage, this formation has already entered the Hollerich chord, which circumvents the station and the reversal of the Luxembourg-Ville.

This freighter runs on the 3kV (DC) track (right), which merges at a later stage with a 25kV-50Hz (AC) track (left) into a dual-voltage single-track, where this formation will stop, so that these Class 23 may be replaced with a locomotive, either suitable for 25kV or diesel-powered.
