View on some advertising for NMBS-SNCB products and subsidiaries. All of the products/subsidiaries advertised for still exist (yet some in another form/formula), except one:

  • Golden Railpass, offering 6 single train journeys at a special price for people older than 60 was discontinued in favour of the "Seniorenbiljet/Billet Seniors", offering a return journey at a fixed price for people older than 65, regardless of the length of the journey.

  • Railtour, the NMBS-SNCB subsidiary which was once a full-fledged tour operator in its own right, operating its own trains with own cars like the I2 restaurant, I4, I5, the Bar-Disco, T2 and MU sleeping cars, now only issues international tickets ordered with other tour operators.

  • B-Dagtrips, arrangements including a entry ticket and train journey to selected attractions, concerts and fairs.

  • InterRail, the famous train pass allowing people to travel in different European countries with one ticket. It still exists today, yet the formula and fares were changed in 2007.

  • Go Pass, offering 9 single train journeys at a special price for people younger than 26. It still exists today, yet offering 10 single journeys now instead of 9 before.
  • Leuven , 06/07/2006.
