The ALL sign by the signal means that the push-loc (needed because of the steep 3‰ grade of Ans , the push-loc is a SNCB type 22 , but is not coupled to the trainset.Once it has pushed the type 13 locomotive above the grade of Ans , it brakes at Ans , and turns around to drive back to Liege-Guillemins for the next IC A-train) is ready...
