This is a electronical sign that shows which destination the train on that platform has , on which hour it departs , and if it is a L-IR-IC-TGV-THA or ICE train.The brand is .... AEG ??
In this case , it is an IC with destination Charleroi-South via Brussels , departing at 10h20.Above the sign are 2 other signs : "Zone B" stands for "Part B of the platform"
(sometimes there are in Antwerp-Central diffrent trains with diffrent destinations on 1 platform.On the sign at the begin of the platform , there stands the destination for train A in zone A , and the destination for train B in zone B)
Spoor 4 stands for Platform 4.And above the Spoor 4 sign , there is the AVG (Alle verrichtingen gedaan , dutch for All Actions Done) , which says to the train conductor that he can depart from the station.

NMBS-SNCB Ticket machine

View on a NMBS-SNCB ticket machine in the stationhall of Antwerpen-Centraal.Unfortunatly this ticket machine was out of order.If you look well you notice that this is the same type of ticket machine as used by SNCF.They were both made by Prodata Systems.

A view into the big building yard of Antwerp-Central.In the foreground you can see the level that in 2006 is going to be the walking-shopping zone.Beneath that zone is level -1 , where 6 dead-end tracks will be laid to receive trains.
In order to reach level -1 , a new complex structure is build behind Antwerp-Berchem station , from where trains will descend to level -1 (or level -2 , not seen on the picture , but this is only if it is one of trains that continue towards Noorderkempen TGV/Breda or Amsterdam)
