Inside the Brussels Central Station, viewing the stairway from the ticket hall to the tracks.  The tracks are all underground.  Brussels Central is very close to Grande Place/Groote Markt and the St. Hubert shopping passage.  If you go to the right-hand side of the picture, there is a passageway to Grande Place.
