This is a first class ticket and reservation from Bruxelles Midi to Lille Europe, on a TGV train, as opposed to the EuroStar to London Waterloo. This was valid only for the TGV 9830 departing Bruxelles Midi / Brussel Zuid at 11.25 (11:25 AM), and arriving in Lille Europe at 12.05 (12:05 PM). This cost me EUR 18,20 per direction.

At the bottom right under the price is the conductor's punch. In Belgium the conductor cancels the ticket on the TGV train.
