46221-8 is the one of 2 new modernisied lokomotives of class 46-00.Now this machine is belong to home depot Plovdiv,like a other lokomotive - 46229-1.Having been modernised in the Koncar Locomotive Factory in Croatia, the locomotive now bears the trademark headlights of the factory - also shared by MZ class 442 and HZ classes 1141 and 1142.The machine has new BDZ blue&yellow livery,require a powerful locomotive with its 5000kW-plus power. On the photo,46221-8 have been arriving on railway station Pazardjik with express train "DIANA" from Iambol to Sofia.
