For a period of one month (from 3rd March to 3rd April) BDZ (Bulgarian State Railways) arrange a test drive with a steam locomotive from Sofia to nearby spa resort Bankia.There is an only one train , pulled by the steam locomotive with number 01.23 and 6 passenger cars as a following - retro style passenger car of class 10 (type "S") , one first class passenger car of class 40 (type "Ame") and 4 second class passenger cars of class 45 (type "Byu").Even 6 coaches are been insufficient to accommodate those wishing to travel passengers.According to official data in one direction , train has carrying over 800 people.On this photo , you can see a central railway station Sofia , before departuing the train.
