Approaching the Ruse BŽD station Slowly approaching the BŽD station Ruse. Ruse is the last station before Giurgiu in Romania. At Ruse, the electric locomotive is removed at the front end, and the diesel locomotive is attached at the opposite end, which will take the train across the Danube river bridge to Giurgiu and will be replaced by another diesel locomotive of the CFR (Romanian Railways).
