<+> SBB CFF FFS restaurant car WRm 61 85 88-94 000-6 EW IV
(200 km/h, RIC, length 26.40 m, bogie distance 18.50 m,
51 t, 40 seats). This is one of the prototype dining-cars
for EW IV and was rebuilt by Le Buffet Suisse with a bar,
later serviced by Mitropa Suisse and now by elvetino.

<+> SBB CFF FFS restaurant car WRm 61 85 88-94 000-6 EW IV.
The first livery of this car was light grey with a red
window band, Le Buffet Suisse gave it an EC-like livery with
violet window band an a big pink field with the company logo,
this pink field became white when service went to Mitropa
Suisse, and in 2003 the Mitropa logos (previously under
"Restaurant") were removed.

SBB CFF FFS dining-car WRm 61 85 88-94 002-2 in an InterRegio train
in Luzern. This is one of the first series of WR IV, delivered in the 1980s,
originally painted red and light grey. It was later upgraded for 200 km/h,
equipped with a bar and painted in a violet/white/grey livery to match the
EuroCity cars, with the "Le Buffet Suisse" logo in a large pink field.
When Le Buffet Suisse became bankrupt, Mitropa Suisse took over, then this
field became light grey. Today the car is serviced by Passaggio (soon to be
called Elvetino), a subsidiary of the SBB CFF FFS, and the Mitropa logo has
been removed. It can be expected that the dining-cars will sooner or later
be repainted in an ICN-like livery (with a red window band).

A very unique view:
RIC Restaurant-car (WRm 61 85 88-70 000) of SBB-CFF-FFS, seen in the consist of IC 394 "Iris" (Zürich Hbf--->Bruxelles Midi/Brussel Zuid).
This car had originally been built as a standard RIC (UIC-X) car in the mid-60s. But in 1972, it was upgraded to full TEE standards (with the requisite Red-Cream livery), so as to run (as RAm replacement) on TEE 66-67 "Bavaria" (Zürich Hbf <--> München Hbf).
Apart than some TEE Inox 70, this is the only TEE loco-hauled car which SBB-CFF-FFS has ever operated. Hagondange. 6th June 1981.
