Düdingen station in the Canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. Since Switzerland is a multilingual nation, there are parts of the German and French cantons where the majority language of that canton is not spoken in some areas. For instance Düdingen is located in the canton of Fribourg (Freiburg in German), but Düdingen is German speaking. Further east is Fillistorf and Schmitten, before the cantonal boundary of Fribourg and Bern at Flamatt.
