Tracks West of Genève-Cornavin, looking towards the Airport and France.

These 2 tracks (15kV 16.7Hz AC) only accommodate traffic to/from the Airport.
<p>
Until 1986, viz. prior to the remodelling required by the construction of the Railair link, this trackbed would accommodate 2 tracks under 1.5kV DC French catenary, for Geneva-France traffic.
<p>
The latter now runs on a single-track further left (underground at this stage), actually using part of the chord of La Praille-Ouest.
