Appenzeller Bahnen. Tm2/2 97 was built by Orenstein & Koppel in 1960 and is rated at 150 kW, 201 hp with a top speed of 30 km/h, 19 mph. It was photographed in the workshop yard at Gais from the passenger station on Monday April 26th, 2004.

Appenzeller Bahnen Tm2/2 98 . Tm2/2 98 was built by Schöma Diepolz (serial number 3325) in 1972 as a 900 mm gauge locomotive for Arlberg road tunnel construction project where it was numbered DL16. In the 1980 it was re-gauged to 1000mm and sold to George Fischer AG of Schaffhausen (+GF+) and became number 5 "Georg" until 1993. In 1998 it was sold to the Appenzeller Bahnen. Photographed with library car "Biblio-Bahn" X 1025 in Gais Yard on Friday May 16th, 2003.
