Jungfraubahn, seen at Kleine Scheidegg on 20 March 2002. This is a rough
translation of the swiss text: "On 1 October 1978, the mayors Kozaburo Yamada
and Kurt Borter signed the partnership of the japanese city Otsu and
Interlaken. Because of this partnership, on 4 May 1980 the Jungfraubahn gave
the name Otsu to this power car in presence of the two mayors and a japanese
delegation."
