station Andermatt. It is rare to see the track layout of a
station this nicely - from a train that will enter the same
station in a minute! Looking east, the line from Disentis
- Sedrun - Oberalppass comes into the station at the lower
edge of the picture. The Schöllenenbahn to Göschenen
(connection to SBB CFF FFS Gotthard line) goes down to the
north (the train seen in the lower right corner will go there).
Another train to Nätschen (Oberalp line) is waiting on
track 1, a dedicated track for these winter sports trains. The
line towards Furkatunnel - Brig goes southeast (towards the
upper left corner of the picture).

| mgb station Andermatt, from the Oberalp line you have a nice overview. Four trains are in the station, the train with Glacier-Express cars is just stored, the one in the middle will go down to Göschenen. 2009-02-15. |
