RhB electric shunter class Ge 3/3 #214, Samedan
One of the two electric shunters of class Ge 3/3 (No. 214) seen at Samedan. The other one is serving Chur station. Delivered in 1984 by Raco and BBC, the Ge 3/3s feature some componentry — e.g., traction motor, compressor and vacuum pump — that are the same as the corresponding components in the second series locomotives of the Rhaetian Railway Ge 4/4^II class.
