This is a training-car for accidents at oil-transports. P 10070 is owned by the authority for the environment of canton Graubünden and registered by Viafier retica (RhB). A close look explains why this car could only be driven if empty... Seen in Tamins on 14th of June 2005.

RhB sound measuring car Xak 9371. This is one of two cars that belong
together, they are currently being completed. On their yellow ends they
have the RhB/MGB central buffer and double screw couplers, on their
orange ends they have the SBB-Brünig/LSE/BOB automatic GF couplers,
so they can be operated on these most important narrow gauge networks
of Switzerland.
