| bls "Lötschberger" RABe 94 85 7 535 107-7 coupled between two NINA units. This is basically a NINA with more comfortable interior and a new front, the units are intended for the old Lötschberg mountain line, while most Intercity trains take the new base tunnel. As Bombardier couldn't deliver enough units yet, they are partly being replaced by NINA from S-Bahn Bern. Bombardier temporarily provided trains composed of class 185 locomotives and new red double-deck cars as a replacement for Bern until all RABe 535 are delivered. Brig, 2009-02-16. |
