Due to a strike in Germany, the EC 173/172 Vindobona only operated
from Dresden to Villach and back on the 8th/9th november, with a
Czech trainset not otherwise seen in southern Austria. First class
compartment coach CZ-CD 61 54 19-70 009-6 Aee 140.
