There were 2 814 sets attached to the rear of Os5648 (10:26 to Hradec Králové hl n) which would then be detached at Pardubice-Rosice nad Labem to form trains Os5345 to Ždárce u Skutce  and Os5329 to Havlíckuv Brod.
