Due to a strike in Germany, the EC 173/172 Vindobona only operated
from Dresden to Villach and back on the 8th/9th november, with a
Czech trainset not otherwise seen in southern Austria. Pulled by
the locomotive CZ-CD 91 54 7 380 010-9.
