The station Námesti Republiky of the metro Praha, line B.
It has a central platform connecting the two tunnels.
Like many stations of Praha it is clean and nicely decorated
- this station is recognizable by its silvery reflecting wall
panels. 2002-02-23.

| Prague - Jiriho z Podebrad escalator This is the escalator for the Metro Line A station Jiriho z Podebrad. Most stations on line A are very deep underground, and require escalators as a result. View of exterior endstation "Cerny Most" from platform of 2. track. This station has tracks in the centre, so people could go to the BUS stops directly from platforms. Turning have three tracks (every with two positions) and one track for PO (periodical inspection of trains).

Just outside the main entrance to the Staromestska metro station for the green line A. In the background, past the Vlatva river, there is the Hradcanska, or the cathedral within the Prague castle. Station "Rajska zahrada" of new part of line B. It's the most interesting station where trains going on diferent levels. On this floor is 2. track from Zlicin to Cerny Most, first guard-rail (in the centre of picture) is platform of 1. track from Cerny Most to centre and along to Zlicin. The second short guard-rail is floor with shops and cafe.
