Special Train of the Czechoslowakian State Railways (CSD)

On various occasions, CSD operated special trains. The image shows one of these trains with the steam locomotive 475.179 at Decin hl.n. (main station).
The steam locomotives of the 475.1 series (wheel arrangement 2'D1') were used for express, passenger and freight train services. The traction power allowed for 172 kN pulling force and a maximum speed of 100 km/h.
Some of the 475.1 series locomotives were exported to North Korea.
The tanks of the 922.3 series (CSD gave separate series numbers to tenders) can carry 14.9 cbm of coal and 26 cbm of water.
