225 020-7 pushes at the end of D 424 (Cologne-Oostende) leaving Aachen Hbf on
19 October 2001. At the other end the belgian DC electric 2729 is pulling.
While most trains on this line are composed of modern cars with a cab car with
baggage compartment at the end, this one is composed of older cars and has a
baggage van.

225 026-4 (leading) and 225 028-0 (trailing) are crossing the Moresnet bridge
with a freight train from Montzen to Aachen on 21 June 2003. It was the last
train before the bridge was closed for the weekend to exchange two of the
segments. The southern track (in the foreground from this viewpoint) was
already closed, so the train used the northern one.

225 026-4 has just left the new Buschtunnel in the south of Aachen (located
on the line Aachen-Liège) on 11 May 2008, pushing at the rear of
container train 40044 (Novara-Antwerpen) which is pulled by the Belgian 7775 and
7771. Due to electrification works between Aachen West and Montzen, freight
trains had to be diverted via Aachen Hbf and Welkenraedt.
