On 26 May 2012 a double-deck train leaded by 146 023 derailed at
Aachen Hbf, apparently during a shunting movement from the storage sidings
to the platform. At the time the picture was taken the rerailing of the second
car was in progress, the other cars (which probably did not derail) had already
been uncoupled. Note the earthing hook in front of the loco.
