185 157-5, pulling a westbound container train, seen near Dorsfeld (on
Cologne-Aachen) on 21 March 2005. The train passed by as S 8363 (Au-Düren),
where I was sitting in, departed at Sindorf. Running with 120 km/h, we overtook
the 100 km/h fast freight train near Dorsfeld, so I was able to photograph it
through the window (sorry for the reflections). Note that this loco has crash
buffers (with deformation elements to absorb additional energy in case of an
accident) and a big snowplough.
