Short after a high-court judgement about a 'deal' between VRR and DB, at many commuter lines the class 422 was taken out of service. Officially substantiation are bugs into the software. But some lines are still served with class 422, like here a course of S2 in Oberhausen on <sup>8th</sup> of May 2011.<br>
