410 002-0, one of the power cars of the InterCity Experimental built 1985 by Thyssen-Henschel in Kassel. This predecessor of the ICE series was mostly used for experimental runs at up to 406.9 km/h (in 1988 it was the world's fastest wheel on rail train, until a TGV went even faster just a year later). In 1994 the front ends were modified to test the coupler of the ICE2, in 1998 the test train was retired. The other power car is in Minden together with one of three middle cars, the other two middle cars were scrapped.
