For the reason of the international stamp exhibition in Essen in the year 1992 the West Sahara State published a stamp which shows the electric engine E 19 built in 1935. Scan by Dobrila Weichnuss [Despite the colour, the stamp probably shows an E 18, as the E 19 was not built until 1939. - SM]
