Führerstand der Baureihe 181 (181 001-9) mit der Spezialität der Systemwahlschalter. Die Tastenleiste in der Mitte des Bildes enthält die Auswahl für die CFL ~, SBB,SNCF ~,ÖBB und DB. Da die 181 nur im Wechselstromnetz der CFL und SNCF fahren kann, ist hier ein ~ abgebildet. Der linke Teil der Leiste diente in der Baureihe 184 für die Auswahl der Gleichstromsysteme: SNCF=,FS,SNCB,NS und ist in der 181 nicht belegt. Alle Armaturen sind deutsch und französisch beschriftet. Fotografiert im DB-Museum, Koblenz-Lützel von Markus Heber Photo shows DB 181’s cab with its speciality of having system-choice-buttons. With the buttons in the middle of the picture the driver can choose CFL ~, SBB,SNCF ~,ÖBB and DB. Because 181 can only use A.C.-net of CFL and SNCF there is ~ added. Left part of the bar is used only by 184 for D.C.-systems such as SNCF=,FS,SNCB and NS and isn’t used in the 181’s cab. All buttons are labelled in German and French. Dual voltage locomotive 181 001 was shown on the occasion of the "Tag des Lokfuehrers" in Aachen West freight station. This locomotive was set back to its early 60's livery, although it's still in regular service. The photo was taken on the 21st of September 1997. (C)1997 by Eike M.
