Ein Zug aus A3L67 mit 834 an der Front hält am Bahnhof Schlesisches Tor auf der U1. Die Fahrzeuge sollten zwar schon ausgemustert werden, bedingt durch Lieferschwierigkeiten der neuen Hk-Wagen dürften sie zum Glück aber noch einige Jahre rollen. Allerdings sind sie bedingt durch die Leichtbauweise aus Aluminium(daher das "L" im Namen) nicht so robust wie die A3 aus Stahl, die ertüchtigt noch bis 2020(oder länger, was bei der Finanzlage Berlins durchaus möglich sein kann) rollen werden. Kleines Detaill am Rande: Die Fahrertür ist offen, und zeigt als einzige Tür inzwischen noch einen schwarzen Griff. Diese Griffe waren früher auch an den Fahrgasttüren montiert, inzwischen wurden sie aber durch Taster ersetzt, was im Winter mit Handschuhen durchaus nachteilig sein kann.
