U-Bahn Berlin - Linie U55 Gleis 2 ist während des derzeitigen Pendelbetriebs mit nur einem Zug noch gesperrt. Es wird nach Fertigstellung der gesamten Linie und Vebindung mit der bestehenden U5 am Alexanderplatz in Betrieb genommen. Berlin metro - line U55 Track 2 is closed during the shuttle service. The Berlin U-Bahn station Hauptbahnhof is another new ultra modern station serving the Berlin underground rail network. All over the walls are large tiled images of now non existent historical stations in Berlin. A nice touch, which keeps the visitor occupied as all the wonderful pictures are viewed at and appreciated! The photograph was taken in May 2010
