The Dampfbahn Frankishe Schweiz (DFS) is a private railway club and museum line just north of the city of Nurnberg, Germany. On my first visit there, on the 30 November 1996, I rode a Santa Steam Special on the club’s own line. Later that day, I followed the same train to get some photos.
