The "White Lady" 143 001 at a festival in the freight station of Aachen-West. The 143 001
is the first lokomotive of the BR 143 (243) and the BR 112 (212) of the DR in the former
GDR. The owner of this lokomotive is the AEG.
Die "Weisse Lady" 143 001-6 im Gueterbahnhof Aachen-West bei einer grossen Fahrzeugausstellung. Die 143 001 ist der Prototyp fuer die BR 143 und die BR 112 der Deutschen Reichsbahn (Ost). The 143 001 "Weisze Lady", which belongs to Adtranz Hennigsdorf (former
AEG factory), was shown
on the occasion of the "Tag des Lokfuehrers" in Aachen West freight
station. The photo was taken on 21st of September 1997.
