Bombardier Traxx-locomotive 185 586 with test train. The Dutch High Speed Alliance will start commercial service with Traxx hauled trains with ICRm coaches at 160 km/h from Amsterdam to Belgium, prior to the introduction of the eventual "Albatros" high speed trains, which are late in delivery. The HSA-version will be referred to as Class 186, and can operate under 1500 Volt DC (Netherlands), 3000 Volt DC (Belgium) and 25000 Volt AC (high speed lines).
