On 17th of February ports of Neuß and Düsseldorf published their merger. That means locos 3 and 4 of Düsseldorf port become part of Neußer Eisenbahn's (NE) roster. DL 3 (MaK 70000/1982/G761C) is now NE 10 and DL 4 becomes NE 11.
