Havelländische Eisenbahn E 185.01 in Schwerte/Ruhr on 17th of April 2008. Locomotive is named "Havelland" and has official road-no. 91 80 6185 583-2 D-HVLE. Former OHEsp (Osthavelländische Eisenbahn Spandau) changed name to hvle to avoid confusions with Osthannoversche Eisenbahn OHE. This tradition of OHEsp explains the advertisement "on road since 1892" ("mobil seit 1892"). Photo ©Arnim v. Herff |
